Calling All Musos! Expression of Interest for Brolga performances

Fraser Coast Regional Council hosts a range of performances, events and programs year-round and offers opportunities for local performers to present paid gigs across our venues and events.
Fraser Coast Regional Council is seeking expressions of interest from experienced musicians and bands living and working in the Wide Bay Burnett region.
Applications will be added to an internal artist database to be considered for performances, events and programming delivered by the Brolga Theatre.
Potential performance opportunities include:
- Morning Melodies – Hosted at at the Brolga Theatre auditorium, showcases local and touring talent. These performances run from 11am-12pm on a Thursday and are intended to entertain an older demographic.
- Community Gigs – Regular, free events hosted in regional communities of the Fraser Coast. These gigs are family friendly.
- Brolga Riverside – Casual free events hosted on the Brolga grounds. These gigs are family friendly.
- Other – casual events hosted at other Council events and venues. This may include exhibition openings at Council operated galleries and special events.
Eligibility
- Resident of Wide Bay Burnett region
- If selected, be able to provide an ABN and Public Liability Insurance.
Requirements
- A short bio
- Artist CV displaying experience in performing to a live audience
- Links to video recordings of work
