Performer Profile: Frank Marsh
Growing up in England and working for the RAF, Frank Marsh was transferred to Australia as a technical Officer in Aircraft and Guided Weapons. Frank has called the Fraser Coast home since 1982, moving here to escape the cold of Canberra.
Frank spent much of the late 70s and early 80's travelling through Europe in his motorhome. "If there was a piano in the room, I would play it. While everyone around spoke in different tongues, we all understood the language of music.
"Music is a gift I treasure and I want to share it. I love making people happy. I have played to so many varying crowds on stages across the world. Rather than applause when I play, I prefer to see a smile.
"The mere fact that someone can appreciate music is a great gift. To be able to play is the greatest gift of all."
