Established in 1983, the annual competitive art exhibition run by the Hervey Bay Art Society has become an annual fixture in the Fraser Coast’s cultural calendar.

This competitive art exhibition is an open competition with six Award categories with styles ranging from traditional to contemporary. It always attracts excellent artists, both from the Fraser Coast and beyond.

Exhibition opening

This exhibition will be officially opened on Saturday 2nd August 2025 at 12noon at Gatakers Artspace, 311 Kent Street Maryborough.
