Free interactive activities for children and families to explore wide-ranging ideas and approaches to artmaking.

Location:  Upstairs, Gatakers Creative Space

Drop in to 311 Kent Street for some school holiday fun! Create your own artworks inspired by artists in the 11th Asia Pacific Triennial Kids On Tour program, developed by QAGOMA Children's Art Centre and Regional Services. 

Draw a monster of wants, dream up a fantasy land, imagine and create hybrid creatures, design and colour detailed patterns on paper tiles and shapes. Click here for an overview of activities on QAGOMA's website.

 Location:  Upstairs, Gatakers Creative Space, 311 Kent Street Maryborough  

  • Open daily 9.30am - 3.30pm Tuesday - Friday (closed Good Friday)
  • Open 9.30am - 2pm Weekends
  • Adults must supervise children in their care at all times

Accessibility

  • Top floor is accessible via stairs and lift and has all-gender accessible bathroom.
  • Kitchen facilities with microwave and fridge available.
