Performer Profile: Al Davies

"Picking up the guitar in my early teens, I was taught the acoustic guitar at 'Western Districts Music School' in Sydney, then joined the successful band 'Interface', as a guitarist. I have always had a passion for the acoustic guitar, and that raw, classical sound. Over the years, I have developed my own unique blend of classical/Spanish guitar.

After moving to Hervey Bay, I have been very fortunate to have performed at some amazing venues and large Festivals, such as Childers, Woodford, Relish and many other exclusive gigs. 

The Fraser Coast has so much to offer. I was proud to be voted best male performer at Fraser Coast Has Got Talent. Living and performing as a musician on the Fraser Coast is very inspiring. The warm climate and relaxed atmosphere, are the ingredients that drive my passion."
